Index Inventory uses the Pinventory® platform to build personalized digital and physical inventories. All information uploaded into the Pinventory® web-based vault is encrypted. The security of your data is a top priority for us. Our data is hosted and secured using Rackspace technology.
The Pinventory® platform provides our clients with the capability of adding items to their Inventory – photos, details, receipts, etc. After the first year, the service is then transferred to the client and they can manage their personal inventory themselves.
Index Inventory services come with one year of FREE storage. During that time our clients can access their inventories at any time.
As inventories should be considered living documents, they should be updated periodically. Maintaining your inventory will ensure your information is up to date and readily available if needed. We recommend updates every 6 - 12 months and anytime there is a significant change to the inventory – an asset sold, purchased, etc.
Your Index Inventory Catalog can be provided to you in an electronic format and/or a physical hard copy. We recommend you keep a copy of your inventory outside of your home or business in a secure place such a safe deposit box or with a friend or relative.
